In-house training sessions can be conducted at your premises or, by arrangement, at a suitable venue anywhere in Germany.
You can conveniently participate in webinars & online courses regardless of location. All you need is a stable internet connection.
Full-day training sessions take place, unless otherwise stated, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Our facilities and instructors are optimally equipped with the necessary training equipment.
Of course, you are also welcome to bring and use your own devices during the training.
A free cancellation of a training registration by the customer is only possible up to 4 weeks before the first training day.
From 4 weeks up to 14 days before the first training day, 30% of the participation fee plus VAT will be charged.
From 2 weeks before the start of the event, or in case of no-show — even for important reasons — the full price will be invoiced.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The timeliness of the cancellation depends on the receipt of the declaration by the recipient.
In rare cases, a training session may have to be canceled due to organizational or unforeseen reasons.
In this case, you will be informed by us in good time. You will then be rebooked free of charge to an alternative date in consultation with you.
No, accommodation must be booked independently if required. Overnight stays are not included in the training fee. However, we will be happy to provide you with hotel recommendations.
Yes, you will receive the corresponding training materials that were discussed during the training. PRO-EL GmbH expressly prohibits the distribution or publication of these documents. In addition, we reserve the right not to send out certain materials for data protection reasons. The materials will be sent to you by e-mail after the training.
After completing our training sessions, you will receive a certificate. For training programs or certification courses that require a final exam, passing the exam is a prerequisite for receiving the certificate.
Catering is included in the training fee, unless otherwise agreed. For each full training day, lunch as well as snacks during breaks are provided. Drinks are also included.
Billing takes place conveniently by invoice after the training. For other payment methods, please feel free to contact us.
